dad James “Jamie” Orrange, OTR/L

  • Graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Magna Cum Laude
  • Presently co-owner of Buffalo Ergonomics OT Services with his wife Mary
  • Formerly an operating engineer for 17 years
  • His training in industrial rehabilitation includes:
    • Work Well Functional Capacity
    • Evaluations (FCE), Matheson & Associates FCE, DSI FCE, Functional Capacity
    • Evaluations for Traumatic Brain Injury & Concussion Syndromes, Forensic
    • Rehabilitation, Functional Job Analysis, Assessment & Treatment of the Spine, Ergonomics & Injury Management
    • Completion of functional capacity evaluations, pre work screens and ergonomic evaluation of an individual’s work site.
  • Member of New York State Occupational Therapy Association, American, Occupational Therapy Association, National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy, The Matheson Advisory Group, Erie Community College Occupational Therapy Advisory Board

mom Mary R. Orrange, OTR/L

  • Graduate of the University of Buffalo with a BS in Occupational Therapy and over forty years of employment in a variety of areas of Occupational Therapy
  • Presently co-owner of Buffalo Ergonomics OT Services with her husband, Jamie
  • Work history has included treatment and evaluation of spinal cord injuries, head trauma, completion of driver evaluation and industrial rehabilitation
  • Completion of functional capacity evaluations, pre work screens and ergonomic evaluation of an individual’s work site.

  • Graduate of Russell Sage College, magna cum laude, with a BS/MS in Occupational Therapy.
  • Formerly employed as a Chemical Technician, responsible for lead testing and quality control in an industrial setting.
  • Began her employment at Buffalo Ergonomics, OT Services in 2008 where she has experience in work conditioning, completion of functional capacity evaluations, pre work screens and ergonomic evaluation of an individual’s work site.
  • Prior work history in Occupational Therapy includes:
    • Pediatrics, orthopedics, neurological issues, developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries; in sub acute rehabilitation and long term care.
  • Coordination of the Work Conditioning Program, completion of functional capacity evaluations, pre work screens and ergonomic evaluation of an individual’s work site.
  • Training in Industrial Rehabilitation includes Work Well Functional Capacity Evaluations, prework screens and ergonomic evaluations
  • Member of New York State Occupational Therapy Association, National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy

  • Formerly a college administrator for 9 years.
  • Began her employment at Buffalo Ergonomics, OT Services in 2008 where she has experience in work conditioning, completion of functional capacity evaluations, pre work screens and ergonomic evaluation of an individual’s work site.
  • Work history as an Occupational Therapist includes:
    • Adult physical disabilities including orthopedics, neuro-rehabilitation and industrial rehabilitation.
  • Training in industrial rehabilitation includes Work Well Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE), pre-work screens and ergonomics evaluations
  • Member of New York State Occupational Therapy Association, National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy
